The clinic specializes in home sleep testing, in-lab sleep testing (Polysomnography), and sleep medicine consultation. Staff and Fecility were great. Jesse did amazing job and explains the mask and procedure for sleep study.
They gave my mother, 75 years old a machine. Virtually no instruction on how to use the machine, no understanding of much at all. I would think when dealing with senior's they would be a bit more patient and work to make sure the patient has has good understanding of how to use it, and why. Loong hold times when calling. Nobody really seems to want to go above and beyond to help. Just $$$ We'll find another provider and recommend you do the same
On my initial visit, Dr. Kazimuddin was cordial, professional and seemed to be a true scientist that seemed to care about me. The medical assistant who took my vitals was professional, too. However, the receptionist, to me, appeared to take me for granted, as a patient. I felt like a widget on an assembly line. Then she blurted out my SS# to the whole room. She informed me it was an an effort to identify me. Heck, anyone can agree to a stated number. The customer tells you the identifying factors, then you can verify more positively. Again, the thing about not being welcoming and blurting a customers SS# out to the whole waiting room really took the cake, hence the 3 stars. Hopefully, I can write a more favorable review soon.
