The Sleep Center of Pardee

I was referred here to do a sleep test. I called today to see if I can get in sooner (first of all you have to call numerous of times in a row before they answer) So Bria (KAREN) answers the phone and talks to me like I’m her child, saying what did we discuss yesterday. I’m like what? Which we never talked about a sooner appointment, she lied today and said we did as I wouldn’t have called the next day with the same question! She proceed to say oh you don’t remember?! I almost felt like I was a kid again talking to my mom. Finally after it turned into back and forth words because she tried to explain herself and add lies when I asked to speak to someone higher up. She finally says well I have a lot going on to so I apologize. She also said to me you call every week (which I did in the past but other women there told me it’s fine to call and check to see if there is a sooner appointment ) she says I always explain to you which she don’t have to explain nothing I’m just looking for a sooner appointment smh. She blew it all out of proportion and tried to ruin my day but God said not today satan!!

I don't know how these people stay in business. They don't have a phone number where you can talk with someone. i left a message a week ago, still no return call and that was after they said give it a week or so and call if they don't call you.I don't know if it's possible to leave "no" stars, but that is what I would give if it were possible. After posting this and leaving another message, Robin called me and set up a time. I don't know if it was just coincidence or not but I am thrilled that we are finally on the books.
