They're great in person, but every time, I have to talk to them on the phone. The person who picks up always seems to have an attitude. Almost like it's an inconvenience that she has to answer the phone.
Tried to get a sleep study. Treated nicely at the office. I had to reschedule appointment to get the equipment. Only contact was a vague text, scheduling for 7:00 PM. I tried contacting the office to confirm I was just picking up the equipment, not staying the night. No response. Only voice recordings. I would never choose a medical provider who was not available to answer questions.
The office management at this center needs better communication with your patients.
