This is a terribly managed facility. I had an appointment for 3 months for an in lab sleep study. They call me the week before the study to tell me insurance won't cover it. Why wait until the week before to call someone when the appointment has been made for months? What an absolute joke of a facility!

As a caregiver, making schedules, and arranging rides, for my elderly father is difficult at best. Each time he has been scheduled with this center for an overnight study, they call to reschedule, repeatedly. These changes have consistently been neither helpful, nor convenient. The scheduling activities of this office need serious improvement, as does the follow-up when there is a problem related to this issue.

I gave them a one since you have to give something. They DO NOT deserve it. These are across the board the worst admin and management staff I have ever dealt with. I eventually had to go to Knoxville to get a sleep study done. Rude and inept. I have no idea how the technical staff is because I never got that far.
