I have been using Red River Sleep Center for a couple months now. First for at home sleep study, then an in-lab sleep study, and now for equipment / supplies. Their technicians, staff, and respiratory therapists have all been a pleasure to work with. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, answer questions, and just make sure that you are comfortable with what you need. I look forward to continuing to use their services.
Jennifer and Emilee have been an amazing team to work with. They were very patient with me and helped me every step of the way until we figured out what I needed to help me be able to get my machine to work for me. Thank you ladies for always being so nice and polite through it all.
Just like the rest of the reviews state, the customer service is poor, at best. Left a voice message for billing to return call, and as of this date, no attempt on their part to return the call. They are there to charge your insurance at every opportunity, just dont ask anything in return from them. Go somewhere else.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough! My first sleep study was wonderful, and my first tech was great. I was equally happy with my second sleep study and tech. They all make you feel super comfortable and they are very attentive. I love how informative my tech was this second time, and that he made conversation with me! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, as well as nice and cool to sleep in. Thank you for a great experience, Red River!
I would recommend Red River to anyone that has sleep problems. The staff has been super friendly and are very knowledgeable about what they do. Home study was easy and well explained so I knew exactly what to do. Returned for the in lab study and was treated so well by the staff. They really have their stuff together and are ready when you arrive. My tech was Jeff and he was so attentive and friendly you would have thought I was the only person in the building. Room was clean and very comfortable. I received a call the same day with my results and directed on to the next step. Had a great experience all the way through. Thanks to all the staff this is how patients should be taken care of.
