The sleep devices this place uses sucks; they're overly complicated and hard to use while sleeping, and involve putting tubes up your nose, a harness over your chest, and a finger guard. Needless to say, if you're already having sleep issues, you will not have an easy time using it. Then, when you go into the clinic, the assistant will tell you that it's your fault that you can't sleep with it. After going to a different sleep clinic by a different provider, the new clinic gave me a simple wrist band with a finger guard, which worked immediately. I was able to actually sleep. Perhaps worse than this though is that to actually get to the doctor you have to communicate with the clinic. The secretaries here do not answer emails, communication will constantly be difficult for you. The doctor themselves, I didn't have issues with. If possible, I would recommend going to a different clinic.
