Great place for Sleep Medicine in Acadiana. Lafayette location has a "sleep center" in addition to the medical office. I received my first CPAP in 2017 & it's still working fine eight years later, but I decided it was time for a newer version. Went in today and should have a new machine by year end. Dr. Noel is an ENT, so he also takes care of sinuses, ears, nose, & throat which he checks when you go in for an office visit. All CPAP equipment & supplies are available at the sleep center location. Recommended for ENT and sleep disorders including sleep apnea.
Very positive experience from the check-in staff to the Doctor. All willing to help me schedule an appointment on a day when all was booked. Thanks to the check-out receptionist who was bold and went to personally ask if there was time for an extra appointment. Many thanks to all.
After my sleep study, I was referred to Dr. Noel. His office called me and set up the appointment. I didn't have to wait 3 months to get my results! When I arrived, the front desk lady was super professional and quite nice. I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was called back to a room. The doctor came in within 10 minutes. I love that!! Dr. Noel asked the right questions as far as I was concerned. I felt that he was really listening even though I'm sure he has heard the same stuff over and over again. I'm looking forward to working with him as he addresses my sleep problems.
Philip spent significant 1 on 1 time with my wife and I helping to ensure we understand the medical situation, options and plan of action He carefully took time to answer all our questions. We are perfectly satisfied with this experience. Also his nursing and support staff are friendly and efficient
Dr. Phillip Noel is very knowledgeable and has a great "bedside" manner. Both my husband and I have been very pleased with the high level of care we have received. His office staff is amazing, from the person who answers the phone, to his nurses, and PAs. Everyone is always so helpful and they make you feel like you're not just a number. They really care, and work hard to solve any issues. I highly recommend them!
