I have continually left voice messages, emails and have had zero return calls with very poor customer service. It's like they went out of business without telling their customers. When you count on equipment this is not the expectation regarding your health...UNSAT!
Been trying for three days to get my father’s information sent over to his doctor. Left three messages, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with no return phone call yet! Since they seem to have studies at night I even tried to call twice tonight. He actually went up there today and said it was locked up tight. My dad has an appointment scheduled in two days with his Dr, and the Dr said there was no need in him coming without the sleep study results. I would recommend NOT using these people!!
Very clean and welcoming environment…the technician was detailed, sweet, and informative… she answered all of my questions and put my mind to ease…she made the experience as good as one can when being hooked up to electrodes and watched while sleeping 😊… 5 star customer service!!!
I recently had a sleep study at this facility. I highly recommend. The staff was very professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable. They answered all the questions that I had, and made the experience very pleasant.
Place is borderline shady. Nobody answers the phone or the door no matter the day or time. Can't get a return phone call. Billed for multiple visits/studies that did not even occur. I would highly recommend to go to an actual pulmonologist.
