Facility Nice enough. Consistently lied to by staff. My insurance is horrible. I have paid for last several BiPap machines out of my own pocket. I ask question about my therapy before the study was ever scheduled. I was assured that my therapy would not be changed from BiPap to Cpap. I’ve been successfully using BiPap since 2016. Arrived at Study was told that I would start without therapy. The last two hours of my study I received a cpap. Worst sleep in 20 years. Dr Hogancamp decided this was satisfactory rest and prescribed a cpap. Sleep lab coordinator told me that insurance would not pay for BiPap and I was stuck with their results. I took my study to my gpa who wrote the Rx for BiPap. My insurance has paid and I am currently the new BiPap. Do yourself a favor and drive to Murray, KY where they have an honest, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Be careful they will tell you it will be covered 100% and then send you a $1000.00 bill and claim its not our fault
