This place was great when Dr paletta was there, I was concerned when she left but then Dr Miller took over and she was also wonderful. Then I got another letter that she was leaving and a new doctor was taking over and I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the level of care I am getting from this new doctor. Also staff does not return phone calls in a timely fashion especially when you're waiting for medication refills. I definitely do not recommend especially if you are a senior
After being in this area,moving from Connecticut, 11 years. I have gone through 5 pcp’s. And now Dr. Roberts left. I’m feeling like a serial patient. Dr. Roberts was good. But I only saw her 3 times before she retired. Moving on!!!!

I reached out to make an appointment since my provider listed this office as taking new patients, and before I could even finish speaking, I was rudely interrupted and told that they had 500 patients on their waiting list and that they weren't adding anymore. I hope those 500 people find a place with a friendlier staff and better customer service.
My family and I were formally patients of MUSC Primary Care in Charleston and had an amazing experience. Since moving and switching to Bluffton, I have had the worst experience with this office. My family and I will be in search of a new Primary Care facility. Do not make the same mistake we did thinking this office's services will be up to the standard of the MUSC name.
