If there was a way to give a 0-star review, that's what would be given instead. The receptionists had AirPods on their ears the majority of the time. They got mad and put the emergency room on lockdown because a family was abiding by the two-person room limit. They wouldn’t let a woman who was her father’s caregiver back into the room with her dad, who has Parkinson’s. One of the receptionists got smart with a 15-year-old kid who was waiting her turn to trade out with someone who had left the room where the patient was being treated. Security was called to explain that no one would be going in or out anymore. I informed him my daughter was back in the room with her grandmother, and that she would be coming out. Our grandmother was there because she has cancer and had an episode where she couldn’t walk, was disoriented, and was throwing up. She had to be carried downstairs just to go to this horrible hospital. She was left in the room for multiple hours without treatment, except for having blood drawn. She was released, and her son had to physically pick her up and put her in the car. They made my aunt put her in the wheelchair with no help. They just left the room. She was walking fine before the episode. This place is a disgrace with no regard for what families are dealing with during difficult times. Go anywhere but here if you want to be treated with care. There are horror stories about this place. All you have to do is ask a few people who have been there to understand what kind of treatment you will receive. If they truly cared about people they would respond to all the bad reviews they received.
My husband had knee surgery here and it was a great experience but a few months later I had my grandson here for speech therapy and an employee is discussing patient history and background with a mother about her children in the lobby. Very personal stuff. Why is this occurring ? Do we not understand HIPAA?
Went in for a procedure and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a healthcare facility. It would be nice to have a trusted hospital here in the county to receive care, but this isn’t the place for that. I will be going somewhere else in the future.
I h a d and experience with the hospice social worker and the Director of Mantiance Kyke Gram. My husband passed away on the 9 of May this year. However on the 7th while under palliative care for end-stage renal failure taking morphine a hospice nurse provided legal paper for my husband to sign. And then 3 days after my husband's death sought out a janitor who ks also a notory that signs his title as Director of Fucilitys notary to notarize this document. Leading to my husband being cremated and ashes split and given away. The crematorium has only been able to locate part of his ashes. It had been a total nightmare at which the hospice pushes off of blame on thrb notary, Mr Kyle Gram and the Cardinal crematorium society. Telling me they have know answer For the notory signing the document and the crematorium for not checking the legality of the document that they themselves provided them. But they have done nothing wrong. Ibwojld think long and hard before putting my love one in there care. There are so many options to hospice care and different companies to choose from. I would look into better care and better practices then the one that ohio county Healthcare offers.
I am reviewing on the Lab. My daughter, who has an egg allergy has to have lab work done routinely (every 6.months to a year) to check her levels to see if she is outgrowing her allergy. These are specific lab orders. Not once, not twice but three times now they have failed to enter the correct code to get the specific results we need. They've ordered them in their system as a basic is she allergic to egg. Not the components. The first time I was told it was someone new. OK we all make mistakes. The 2nd time I spoke to the manager who said she went back and trained the staff on how to enter the code correctly. We had a successful draw and core the next time and now this time.... Back to it being done wrong. I tried to give them the benefit but at this rate I can't do it anymore. My daughter is 9 and it's scary getting lab work done for a kid. She mustered up the strength and did so good just for them to screw it up again. I'm done! We will not be back!
