Sarah, PA is terrific. Excellent w public relations. So is the lady tech ( maybe RN but I donโ€™t have a clue- could be a Physicians Asst aide tech) I saw just prior to her who took some info from me did blood pressure history meds etc. Update: today I saw David another PA he was equally as good as Sarah. He explained couple things I was curious about very clearly. Was so personable too. And the tech I talked also very good ๐Ÿ˜Š

Today I had an appointment at the sleep clinic. At the reception desk a very pleasant young lady took care of the co-pay and then I waited to be seen by Ms. Sarah to discuss my options about dealing with sleep apnea. I was taken to a room by a professional assistant and a minute later Ms. Sarah came in with the report of my sleep study. As the last time I saw her, she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Sarah took her time to leave no doubts in my mind for my upcoming big life changing decision. After giving me the final details, I checked out at the window with the young lady who informed me who will call me and when to get things rolling. Overall a very pleasant and positive visit. Thank you Sarah and thank you Sleep clinic of America.

honest- just not trying to sell you a machine right away ! if i said anything negative it would be the time to get an appointment ! If the fax goes to the wrong building which is right next door they will not delivery the fax to the right building ! found that strange and very sad - same dr, same money, so why not ?? The referring dr. office staff had a terrible time and if they would have just done their job and sent the referral over life would have easier also parking is awful

If you are symptomatic or suffering please check around as it is my experience and I have been informed that this process could take up to 3 months. Let me just say that the technician that performed my sleep study was amazing. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and answered all questions. I do not want in any way shape or form this reflect on her professionalism or treatment. The facility is under construction so parking can be a little crazy but that is not this facility's fault. The facility itself is clean and the bedroom in which I performed my sleep study was clean. They have a fan there for those of us that need white noise to sleep. I was worried about not being able to fall asleep but I actually fell asleep I highly recommend to bringing your own pillow. In April my Doctor wrote a referral which took one month to schedule. I'm a heart patient that is symptomatic. I had been recently hospitalized With arrhythmia, and they recommended a sleep study. I understand we have a Doctor shortage so I patiently waited one month. They make an appointment for you to make an appointment for your sleep study. That's 2 appointments. They scheduled an appointment for me 2 weeks from my first appointment , I'm now 6 weeks from referral. Lucky me they had something open sooner and got me in 7 days early but that still puts me symptomatic 5 weeks post referral. I had to sleep steady done, They set another appointment to deliver the results one month from the sleep study. They sent the results to my primary care. When I called them to see if they could get me in sooner for the result appointment, I was advised they only do results in the mornings, 2 days a week which means they're backed up or booked out. 0 compassion, empathy or understanding for someone who might be suffering. Or even scared. However this appointment, post referral to receive my test results will not lead to a prescription that day I will now need to wait at the mercy of the machine company possibly 2 weeks. Then there will be another appointment made to get another sleep so they can adjust my machine. That's 4 appointments at $75 per appointment with insurance doesn't cover any of the equipment. To basically with Blue Cross Blue Shield options, Out-of-pocket I will be paying somewhere around 600 to $700 And my wait time is estimated at Three months. I'm not being old-fashioned I get Customer Care is definitely not what it used to be but the technician that did my sleep study was amazing and made me feel at ease. The facility was clean so far that's all the positive things I have to say. If something changes I will edit this review but I will edit it after I get my machine to give you a total count of how many months it took to be treated.
