Greeneville Community Hospital East Sleep Center

I came to the hospital for outpatient testing. The sign in and registration process was quick and smooth. The Person who did my test was friendly and had a sense of humor. He explained the test process in detail and what would happen after the test as to when I could expect the results. Overall it was very painless and even an enjoyable experience. I would recommend the Greeneville community hospital to family and friends.

My experience was a great one. I didn’t have to wait very long and the technician was super nice and very sweet. Took her time with me and explained everything she was doing.

Had a 70cm wide-bore closed MRI (first time ever not choosing an open MRI due to claustrophobia) and it was great!!! Had panic issues, etc...The techs were great, all the admin/office/schedulers, etc were too.....I would recommend GCH for this procedure without hesitancy... Results were timely too, radiologist report was in the patient portal before I got back home from running errands after the test.

For the most part, our visit has been excellent. The people in the ER were so kind and understanding....I was a bundle of nerves! Kevin Rojas came in and explained what the surgery would be to repair my 92 year old mother's partially broken hip. He came back the next day with a surgery update and more explanations of what to expect. On the day of the surgery the anestheologist, Eric Anderson, came and explained what he was going to use on our mother and the risks associated with it. We got a call from the surgery nurse to tell us that the procedure had been started and the amount of time it would take to get her back to the room. After surgery, Dr. Parsley came up to the room to let us know the surgery was over and to share details of what we could expect next. All of these intractions were amazing. Both of the hosptialists have been amazing. Most of the nurses so far have been so kind and gentle with my mother....save one. She brought in meds to mom immediately after surgery. She placed the cup of water and pills on the table and commented that she needed to take them and left the room. She also did nothing including making sure the picwick was put back in causing 2 of the night nurses to have to clean up a mess under a patient who had just undergone hip surgery! Not Good! On another note.....you have real gem of a CNA in Destiny. She is awesome and so caring. She treated my mother line she was part of her family. If you ever put CNA's through nursing school, she's your girl. She has that special caring personality and is so on the ball. Love her. What a great representative of your hospital. The PT ladies were awesome and just bragged on Mom. It made her feel so special. She has also been visited each day by a service dog. How could thst not make anybody happy?

I am in room 3338, and have been here since Wednesday. This whole floor has the absolute best care givers I have ever dealt with!! My care givers are, Angie, Destiny, Leanna, Sanda, Emily, Kass, Lindsay, Jessica, Sidney. They have proven to be exceptional care givers!! The whole floor of nursing staff are excellent at what they do!! Thank you all so very much!! You should all be commended for a job well done!! God Bless!!
