Sleep Solutions Office was in a convenient location to me, the doctor meet me at the door let me in and locked the door behind me. He was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. The room I was to sleep in was very nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The temperature was perfect and I was easily able to fall asleep. The doctor woke me up the following morning, he disconnected all the leads and asked me if I wanted some coffee and that I could stay in the room until I was comfortably awake. He asked numerous times if I had any questions. I felt the doctor was very thorough and I felt safe during my stay.
Professional and efficient. This was my second sleep study but my first visit to this place. It wasn't quite as updated as it could have been (the equipment) but the job got done! 💜 Clean and neat. I felt comfortable here.
This is the best shop. From the office manager Ms. Davis to my wonderful sleep specialist Lawerence. They thought of everything for you to go to sleep and stay asleep. They will answer your questions throughly without judgment. They will even assist with your insurance before your appointment. This is a medical appointment you can look forward to knowing that they treat you like a highly favored relative
This office has WONDERFUL staff. The Dr. Is kind and thorough. The staff are very patient and show compassion. The sleep techs are the best I have had the pleasure of working with. I freely admit I am an especially difficult patient to work with, even though I do not mean to be. I have PTSD and it is particularly difficult working with any Dr. Office. You will need to be patient waiting to get appointments, but it is worth it. Unlike areas of specialized medicine where you wait to get in and then wait an hour in the office to be seen, this was not the case here. I hope you have a good experience as well.
