I just had my sleep study done. Everything went wonderfully. My tech, Adrian, was wonderful. He was kind and knowledgeable.

Went for a sleep study test Aug 13 Adrian the tech very nice .the room that I was in extremely cold .Virginia called me with results I stated to her that I would call back for appt for calibration of my sleep apnea machine as she told me I had mild sleep apnea I wanted to discuss my results further with my Dr Diaz went toy Dr's office and was told I was scheduled for the calibration of machine for 9/23 at florida sleep solutions when I spoke to Virginia she didn't at no moment communicate that to me not except able very unprofessional and inconsiderate on her part how about if my Dr's appt was after 9/23 wow as u know they charge a 75 .00 no show fee makes u think also On my first visit with everything that they tell u I wasn't told that they open the doors at 8pm sharp I arrived at 7:15 pm because of not wanting to be late because I was riding with my health insurance company and didn't want to take any chances had to wait all that time outside in the middle of nowhere very dangerous situation very bad I told them when I went inside no reaction .not going back .

I recently had a sleep study done at Florida Sleep Solutions & had never had one done before. The room was nice with a queen size bed that you could control the head & feet, also a tv and fan. The tech came in to unhook the wires right away if you needed to use the restroom. I was very fortunate to have spoken with Linda, who was very professional & listened to me & reassured me. She also was instrumental in getting me in right away when an opening became available. It is always nice to talk with someone that has compassion for what you are going through and makes you feel comfortable in choosing to do the sleep study - I give Linda 10 stars for sure! So glad I came in to do the study versus doing a home test.

Staff was professional, kind and gentle. My tech Angel was incredibly sweet and very good at their job! The center itself was clean, tastefully decorated and quiet. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The staff made a not so pleasant experience as comfortable and easy as possible.

What a scamming company. Ripped .y wife off and I knew it observing they were questionable. Insurance didn't cover machine because they don't send you to a sleep center. Inaccurate home test that failed. Now they want to bill the machine fully to us even though we have Insurance. They refuse to follow through with the insurance demands to have it done by a sleep study center where an actually qualified physician reviews and diagnosis. Not just an at home test you do yourself. Scam and I am keeping records and will contest all charges from this cheating people type company.
