Anne waldrip is one of the nicest Dr's ive ever interacted with. From the very beginning she listened and you could tell she actually cared. From beginning to the aftercare and in between. I am so thankful she is who I have seen not just for sleep concerns but she also shows concern and care for my new heart problem. 10 stars to this woman.
Best help I’ve received in 35 years of treatment. Anne is logical, persistent, skilled, and patient. The support staff is kind, friendly, and professional!
Anne Waldrop is the BEST!! She definitely went above and beyond for me, uncovering a health issue unrelated to my sleep apnea. I'm forever in her debt. The whole office is very well-run. The only down side is that they bill office visits as 'outpatient' visits because they're associated with JCMC, I guess. Anyway, my insurance doesn't cover those until I've met my deductible, so it costs me the whole bill instead of just the co-pay to use this practice. But it's still been worth every penny!
First of all, you had me fill out paperwork as if I were a new patient there making an initial visit and you knew nothing about me. I had done a sleep study there and you already had all the information I was providing, again. I was there to set up my Inspire device so this paperwork was a redundant repeat of information and really a waste of time. I wasn't there looking for answers. Beyond that my visit with Ms Waldrop was very positive and informative in preparing me for using my Inspire device. She was very thorough and I felt confident in moving forward.
The staff was professional in carrying out their responsibilities. Prior to and during the tests they made my wife comfortable. However after the completion of the tests they made several comments that the results and the system used to correct the medical problem sometimes may not be effective. This made my wife ask the question: If the testing and or system used may not be effective, why are we going through all of these procedures? I do not think these comments were helpful or necessary. It can affect concern about the goal of the purpose, that is resolving the problem. We believe the testing and procedures implemented will have a positive impact on solving the problem.
