The desk staff were polite and friendly, but I do not feel that I had a respectful experience with the doctor assigned to see me. I believe he is new here. There was less of an interactive process between patient and doctor, and more of a somewhat condescending lecture that approached me as if I was a village idiot who had just been kicked in the head by a mule. Extremely difficult to get a word in edgewise. I attempted to explain my issues in detail and was dismissed and told flatly that I was “overthinking it.” I have had these issues for a decade. I think I know how to describe them. And it certainly isn’t easy to do so when you’re already speaking to me like I have a concussion and there’s little lines spinning around my head like I’m a cartoon character. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Dr. Mark Brady is the best! I been with him for a few years now and wouldn't think of going any place else. Good sense of humor, listens to your concerns and has a way of making you feel cared for. Having him come to Pulmonary and Sleep was the best thing they could have done. You have picked, in my opinion the best out there!!! Thank you Dr. Brady
Very disappointed. Took a month and they still hadn't called for INITIAL consultation visit. Scheduled appt for MARCH??. AFTER I called them.... Oxygen dropped to 66% and that's not cause for expedited appt? Reception says they get 30 referrals a day. Well, that's your job! Is it not?
Very disappointed. Recently did an at home sleep test to confirm the good results received from Dr. Link. Dr. Link's office made Dr. Clark aware of the test. Dr. Clark's staff called me and insisted that I come in for an appointment. I asked to be given the results over the phone which I had already been told were good. I made the appointment and was there early for this morning. After going through all the Covid-19 screening and paying an $80 copay (had me pay it over the phone from my vehicle before entering), I achieved absolutely nothing. Dr. Clark asked a couple of questions and then went to find out he didn't have the test and Dr. Link is closed on Friday. His assistant was very nice as always. His reception staff need classes in customer service. Again, very disappointed and out a $80 co-pay for nothing.
Dr. David Clark is the worst doctor in the practice. My mother was going there for years seeing another doctor to get infusions for a Medical condition she has had for well over 10yrs. The doctor she was seeing left the practice and she was put with Dr. Clark. He refused to give her the medication she has been on for over a decade because her level was .1 pt off. Her condition will continue to deteriorate. This is criminal negligence at it’s best. And has law suit written all over it! We intend to call the patient advocate and make a formal complaint! Stay away from this practice. They clearly don’t care if you live or die!
