The billing department is terrible. The insurance company paid their part, I paid my part and the billing department still insist on providing me an ineffective, inaccurate bill. How can a person owe a $200 bill when their responsibility of the bill was paid every office visit. The Math is not mathing. The billing department does not have the most knowledgeable staff when knowing how to use and apply arithmetic. Just because someone has been hired to do the job does not mean they know how to. I will never return and I will never refer anyone to them again. Everyone that I know and referred received the same billing service experience, they also stop going. Everyone is not lying about the same poor billing service.

Staff and John Connelly were absolutely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the level of care they provide, and I will gladly continue to drive an hour knowing I’ll always be taken care of. Highly recommend!

SCENT was an extremely clean professional looking facility, and staff were incredibly nice. They were attentive and listened to everything i said. Once they figured out what was wrong, they ensured i understood everything in a way that did not feel condescending. Everyone was also very prompt - didnt wait long for anything. Very pleasurable doctor visit.

She is amazing!! She was very persistent with the insurance company to ensure that everything would be paid for. She is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. And you could tell that Joy is not just her name It’s her personality as well. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Connelly and the nurse were very kind, helpful, patient. They took the time to answer all of the questions that I had regarding my Inspire implant and what to do. When I left the office, I felt comfortable because I knew what to do and expect at home. Thank you both for making my experience pleasant.
