The P.A. You will see is only available on Wednesdays so if you work for a living there will be no flexibility in scheduling. I had been taking off work for my appts. I recently got diagnosed with narcolepsy but this place and have been reliant on this medication to function for 2 months now. Today was a follow up appt. I am out of medication. I have to see a doc to get it filled. I called and said I had a fever yesterday and was sick so I didn’t think they would want me in there today. She agreed. I said I am out of my medication and she said there is nothing that can be done and I will have to go at least a week with no medicine. These are medications you cannot just abruptly stop without repercussions on your health. They can call them in because the doctor has told me after this follow up appt she would start calling it in and I could have appts every few months. I begged the front desk girl for help because I can’t miss anymore work on this pay period to come on Wednesdays. I have to take a half day off work to travel to see this provider. The girl on the phone was cold and offered zero help. I would not recommend this place. The other problem I have had was billing. I do not have insurance and so I had to save and pay cash for my sleep study. I asked 4 different people for a price on the sleep study and received a quote. Literally nothing changed about the way it was billed but after I had the sleep study and paid I get 2 more bills in the mail, $140 and $400 something dollars with no explanation as to why I owe this. The day of my sleep study I was told that was the total for the study. This place has dirty billing practices and terrible patient care.
