What horrible business practices here…. I was less than 10 minutes late for an appointment ( actually was told my appointment was at 12:10 but they said when I got here it was at 12 ) showed up around 12:07 to be told that now I can’t be seen because it’s too close to her lunch time 🤣 I will definitely find a new place to go
I use to go to this office years ago when a different Nurse Practitioner was there. She moved on to a different facility. I called & booked an appointment with a Megan Kegley (one of the 2 Nurse Practitioner's there). That appointment was June 17th, 2024. While there the initial wait time to be called back wasn't long (I'd say about 20 minutes). I used that time to fill out my paperwork since I was basically seen as a new patient. Basic procedures were done by nurses (blood pressure, weight, collecting a urine sample, Etcetera). Then I was put into a private exam room to wait. Megan was nice & I thought she did a good job of going over my current medical issues as well as my past medical history. I was satisfied with my visit & recently called to schedule my 1 month follow up visit.
It is not me I should have done this a year ago but every time my husband has been in there you guys have taken the best care of him you know him by John Barber Marianne knows him by Larry but either way, I personally want to thank you for the great care.
