My knee had pop on the 19th of December 2025 I didn't pay it no mind so I waited until the 20th to go too McLeod so a foreign doctor seen me and said it don't look like anything wrong with you he did an x-ray of my left knee told me it's nothing nothing wrong he just gave me a knee wrap and ice next day December 21st I noticed my legs and ankle swollen went back to make an complaint and the white nurse at the desk got offended and the security guard told me I was being rude so she call for more security they handcuffed me while jacking me up against my vehicle out of plain sight then call the police to have me on the no trespassing list

Very unprofessional always rescheduling appointments then claims doctors not gonna be in office then schedules u months out then calls again when appointment comes up an claims again doctor isn’t gonna be in office an tries to reschedule u months out again would not recommend rude receptionist

My experience with this lab was excellent both times that I went there. The two ladies that was there (white lady and light skin black lady) no offense to race but I can’t remember their name. They were super nice, professional and knowledgeable of their job. Yes, I would recommend this lab. My only complaint is that it was really cold.

I’m here at the designated waiting area for the second half of my mom’s sleep study waiting to be called up. We have been waiting two hours. I’ve called 17 times only to get the voicemail, I left a message, one of the emergency nurse has called both the day and after hours number as well as made an announcement on the hospital intercom with no response from any of the attempts. This is very unprofessional to leave a diabetic patient waiting in the emergency lobby.

Had a consult scheduled for today with this office and I arrived 30 minute only to be talked about by the front desk receptionist. I rung the door bell to enter and stated my name and appointment time : apparently she forgot to turn off the intercom so I heard her talking about me stating that’s the 330 appointment lady who doesn’t answer her phone . So apparently the dr leaves at 230 and my appointment was at 330 and they would need to reschedule. I asked her when she called and she stated Thursday and she left a VM. Well I didn’t have a missed call nor a VM from that office . I left and won’t be going back . After reading the reviews I understand this is a problem with rudeness in this office .
