Emily is absolutely the best! Very patient, kind, and goes the extra mile to find out what is going on medically.
This is the most caring and loving Dr. office they always greet me with a smile when I check in and the Nurse and practitioner and Dr. are Heaven sent they take their time to listen and help get me well again I love each and everyone and so Thankful to Jesus they their mine and many many others medical care team who truly cares …
Took off work with lower back pain that has persisted for a few days. I was told they couldn’t get me in for over a month. Then I was referred to a walk-in clinic or the ER. Very helpful…. I’ve been a patient for many years but I will be moving on.
Very disappointed that after being a patient for over 40 years Dr Ellis will no longer see me because I haven’t been sick and seen him since 2012. I didn’t realize you have to make un-needed appointments just to maintain a current patient status. Dr Ellis is a great dr and it was very concerning as a 66 year old male to find that I have no dr now. : (
I moved to KY 6 years ago and in my search for a new physician, Danville Family Physicians is the ONLY provider I recommend! My insurance suggested the facility 3 years ago and I’ve been a patient since. Dr. Royalty is by far the greatest physician I have had, he listens to me, provides options and explains what is going on, instead of the everyday physician that just takes notes, nods and says see you next month. As for customer service, Monday mornings are alw busy on Monday mornings because of patient’s that needed something over the weekend. If it’s not an emergency, I suggest calling mid morning to afternoon. That gives the staff time to catch up on calls from patients over the weekend. As for over lapping appointments, in the 3 years I’ve been a patient, I can honestly say I have never encountered this situation. I come in, sign in, wait 3-5 minutes, get called to the back, see my PCP, reschedule my next visit and out the door. The longest appointment I’ve had was 35 minutes. Conclusion, we all read reviews because we’re looking for the good but people hardly leave good reviews because they’re satisfied and leave negative reviews because they’re upset.
