I thought that despite his negative reviews, I’d give Dr. Lackney a try. For god sakes don’t waste your time and money. My experience was frankly traumatizing. Every receptionist I spoke with, the Dr himself, and his nurse were unhelpful, lazy, rude, and downright awful at their jobs. The nurse seemed oddly obsessed with trying to convince me I was pregnant even though my labs clearly said otherwise. Everytime I spoke with someone I was given a different answer. The dr barely spoke 3 words to me so I have no idea how he was able to fill out any of my appointment notes and his exam consisted of him looking at me for less than a minute, asking if I was going to gyno, then leaving. It was like a nightmare or black mirror episode. It seems like he literally just lets the nurse do this job for him which doesn’t work because she’s not a Dr and clearly shouldn’t be running the office as one. Each receptionist I spoke with couldn’t even give their name so I had no idea who I was ever speaking with and was constantly given a different answer each time I spoke with them. Hilariously rude and unhelpful. Insane as they wanted to tell me how emergent it’d be if I was pregnant but couldn’t bother to confirm until a day later if that was even the case. I finally just drove to clinic because who knows when I’d get an answer if I didn’t and the dr. Who was supposed to call with results, wasn’t even there! Nurse said she does the calls and that she was just going to call later because she was busy and it wasn’t emergent because I tested negative. Despite confirming my results were negative she still tried to insist im probably pregnant, just really early. Every other dr I’ve spoken with since has completely disagreed. This place is shameful to medical practices. I’ve met veterinarians who care more about their patients. Disgusting.

If you didnt have to wait two months or more for an appointment it might be alright

WOST EXPERIENCE AS A NEW PATIENT EVER!! Doctor lackney is rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t care about his job, nor his patients. He needs to retire asap. My fiancé’s BP was 180/70 and he said it was “ fine because he’s 22yrs old and wouldn’t be stroking out any time soon” sorry but since when do strokes discriminate against AGE!!! Asked about recommendations on weight loss and his only recommendation was “my fitness pal” I’m sorry but it doesn’t take a doctorate degree to figure that one out. Absolutely terrible!! I should’ve known better when I called and I couldn’t get into doctor landy for 3 months vs 3 days with doctor lackney lol…. Let me save you from getting pissed off, don’t see doctor lackney. If I could give this visit a 0 star I would.

I am pleased with the two nurse practitioners I have received treatment from. However, on two different occasions I have had EMFIM staff call me needing to reschedule my appointment. During which so my appointment was never canceled! Why does this continue to happen? Today was the second incident! This is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Dr. Lande is great. I have severe anxiety when it comes to doctors and always have. He sit down with me and made me feel the most comfortable I have ever been when dealing with this. I felt like he really cares about me and my health. Didn't just come Jan and check me and send me on my way. We sit and talked and I felt like he was really sincere and really cared. I will never use another doctor. I would drive 8 hours to go here. The whole staff was great and friendly. Made me feel like family. Thank you guys so much!
