My wife called to make an appointment for chronic sleep insomnia and was told by person answering the phone that she didn't think they dealt with that! Well, the website says they do, that's why we called. Next, she said we needed a referral from our primary physician, and under Medicare and our Supplemental Plan, we do not need to do that. Maybe, it's a new hire that is in a learning curve 🤔
