The front desk woman was the only friendly individual we encountered here. The nurse was short and not friendly. The NP Christina Whitehead was very rude and condescending towards me and my 3 year old. My daughter does not like doctors offices and was very upset at the appointment, crying the entire time. I understand that is difficult to hear and be around but she is 3 years old. Christina spoke directly to my daughter stating “nothing has even happened to you to warrant this type of reaction nothing has happened to you to act like this”. There were multiple other statements made towards me throughout the appointment as well. She was nasty and clearly lacked pediatric experience. We will not be going back to this location again.
Dr. Laurel Dennis was absolutely wonderful. She listened intently. She examined closely. She collected all her facts. Then she diagnosed and gave recommendations for clearing estauchian ear tubes. The treatment she recommended was absolutely what I needed. It fixed the problem. Also, she impressed me, too, because she treated me as a real person using her personality of deep caring and concern for her patient. She’s ver expertise in her medical knowledge. I trust her with my health, my life!!❤️
Christina was excellent! Got to the root of my issue of an ear infection but I'm still being treated by her. The front office staff was great in getting me seen without an appt. I will definitely make this practice my "go to" in the future.
My children saw PA Connelly recently for hearing tests and a consult. He is fantastic with kids and has experience in pediatrics. An added bonus is he has children himself so his advice and skill is natural and comes from personal experience. PA Connelly has excellent bed side manner and I will recommend him and the entire staff to my acquaintances.
Everyone was super nice and Accomodating. Wait time was fine to get back to a room. Biggest complaint is they have online forms for new patients which I filled out for them to say when I got there I'm sorry you filled those out but they don't populate to our system so I'm gonna have to give you the tablet and your gonna have to redo the forms on there & threw the ones I done away. Either take them off the site or link them so the client doesn't waste their time. Other than that it was a good experience.
