My daughter and wife arrived for there sleep study to a dark very suspect location in Luggoff. There was no one there and no one answering the number provided. After several minutes in the parking lot of which is very dark and zero security. My wife with my 3 year old walked up to the door only to find a different number that was posted in the door. When she called a lady answered and said she would be right there. 15 minutes later she showed up to the door bare in mind my wife and 3 year old waiting at night in the dark at a facility with zero security. She answered the door ver unwelcoming. Sets up my daughter in a room that was very unsterile and somewhat like a cheap hotel room. Zero tv zero books zero anything that would make a 3 year old and her mother comfortable. She proceeds to set up the wires on to my daughter’s face with very little explanation of procedure or how things work. Bear in mind my daughter’s bedtime was past and she was exhausted. Finally after getting the wires put on and stuck up her nose she was instructed to go to sleep. This was maybe 8:30 pm when she was suposed to start at 7:30. At midnight the lady working who is uncertain her qualifications enters the room turns on all the bright lights and says she needs to make an adjustment to her. Wakes her up so she can’t go back to sleep. The only to be interrupted again by the brights lights at 4:30 am to be told she could leave. Very suspect place and very unprofessional. We will be looking into this matter further.
My son has been a patient of SCENT for 3 years and every visit to the Lugoff facility has been great. They are kind and explain treatment plans where my son can understand. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing ear nose and throat care!

Over great place, front desk lady’s was friendly. Place was clean Dr and staff was friendly
