Doctor did not seem very familiar with ankle issues in younger patients (20s), only geriatric population. Spent nearly 2 hours in his office just for him to try to upsell me on elective procedure and products that weren’t addressing my issue. He spent more time talking to my family member I brought with me than to me. He was also trying to manage 3+ patients at once, and kept bouncing between room, saying a few words, then leaving his nurse to do the rest (who also did not seem very knowledgeable about most issues, or how to properly do X-rays). Definitely look elsewhere if you’re looking for an attentive, educated doctor, especially if you’re a younger patient.
Absolutely excellent care, Dr Brown and Nurse Kandy were incredible! The whole staff was so kind, can't reccomend enough!
Took my dad here for the first time last week! Dr Brown was excellent. Great bedside manner, made my dad feel very comfortable and got his feet and toenails so much better 🙌 Thanks to everyone at SIP! 🫡❤️
Was wanting to see Dr. Brown for my toenail, but wasn't sure if I could get in due to short staff(which was completely fine), but Dr. Brown allowed me to just come in without an appointment. He took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. I genuinely wouldn't want to go to anyone else at this point, another reason why I really wanted to see him. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you, Dr. Brown for taking care of the situation immediately!
Great staff, and Dr Brown is amazing. Made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time he worked on my toes. Also helped calm my nerves before it started. Overall a good place
