Waste of time coming in here. There is no reason to trust this facility if Dr John's is, and was the seeing doctor. The RN was nice and overseen the five minutes of the visit. When I said I had been using antifungal cream, lotriman on it already, he gaslit me and said I had not been. What? Where is that guy's wife? Is she okay? Anyway, Dr John's recommended Lotriman so I'll update when I get home to see how much this waste of visit cost. Brian was the incoming and outgoing admin. It's Thanksgiving 11-27-25 9-10 am
Arrived by ambulance to hear the doctor complaining about me being brought there during a trauma with another patient. He came in the triage room to tell me to go elsewhere.

Was in the ER with a patient. Asked to see the doctor Thompson. Was told by the staff that it is best not to ask for him, that things would get bad if we did. Asked for Tylenol for the patient took 4 hours to get it. Ask nurse what was going on with the test that they were doing? And was told not to ask that the doctor would get upset and would not allow them to tell us what was going on. When doctor finally did come in he was very hateful and refuse to do anything for the patient. ( Patient was very ill.) When a male came in to see the patient doctor came in and was a totally different person to the male asking the questions. Asked the nurse what's the difference was and was told it was because they were a male. During this time the nurses have been chewed multiple times by the doctor for no reason at all. They were in tears. It's bad when the nurses do not even want to come to work when certain doctor is there.
I had surgery on my foot today and I have to say that the doctor and the nurses were very nice and on top of everything. Especially my nurse Denise. And the nurse that was there after Denise left. Sorry I can’t remember her name but they were super nice.. I had not been there in 48 years and that was when I had my son Raymond. You guys are top notch. Thank you for your service. Linda Moles
