The Neurology and Sleep Clinic

My credit card was overcharged when I went to the clinic. I called back and talked to the billing department named MICHELLE. Instead of her apologizing for their error, for taking my money erroneously, MICHELLE instead had the gall to get rude with me, she started raising her voice with me as if I was wrong for asking why they overcharged my credit card. Then she started gaslighting me and questioning me about my supply cost. I asked to talk to her supervisor but she was not there. I finally talked to the lady at the front desk where she admitted her mistake.

This clinic has the worst damn office staff! It's even worse than most of WK clinics and that's saying something! Their employees are rude to my AUTISTIC SON even when he just asks for what time it is to check in she snaps at him. When my mom (his Grandma- who is also on his account) asked to make a payment they were extremely rude to her about making that payment. I have a call center job. I can't call and play phone tag with y'all's employees during the day to call and make a payment over the phone and I'm not about to order checks and HOPE it actually comes in the mail and y'all apply to his account.

I went to my appointment and was told by this dr. he did not want me as a patient! I had canceled and rescheduled 2 prior appointments due to my Degenerative Hip Desease flareups. I could not walk or drive. A professional medical practitioner would have had companion and knowledge of this disease. I have used this clinic for over 10 yrs! I am needing a new machine and he refused to continue the appointment and fill out the form for me! So I left and now am looking for a new sleep dr. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in a doctor ever! I doubt his medical capabilities!

I’ve had a wonderful experience. I don’t know or understand why the reviews are so low. NP Kimmy was great and seemed like she really cared. All follow up appointments were great too. I only had to do 1 at home study and was diagnosed from that. As far as the CPAP machine, billing called me and answered all my questions professionally.

I had to cancel my appointment. I called a month in advance to advise them. I later received a bill in the mail. I called the office and spoke with someone who said I should not have been charged and would take care of it. I continue to receive a bill for that appointment which was canceled with 30 days notice. I only got replacement equipment once and that was after a phone call. I was advised it would automatically be mailed. I would recommend going somewhere else.
