Went to this Center today for my annual xrays. Couldn't ask for better. Checked in very quickly and easily. Brought back to xray room quickly, by Savannah, Radiography Student. She also did all my xrays. Very professional throughout. Facility very clean and comfortable.

If I ever have to have a MRI again, I pray that it’s at Catawba Valley Imaging. I was absolutely terrified. Taylor and Elena talked me through everything and did everything they could to make me comfortable. I was completely convinced that I was going to lose it, but I didn’t, and it’s because of those two women.

It is mind boggling how difficult it is to book an appointment...first of all, who uses faxes any longer?? Your doctor faxes in the order for the test and then you call, wait forever to speak to a scheduler and then they say they do not have the fax which the dr says he has already sent. Just pathetic really...if they are this bad at scheduling it is concerning how good the medical care is or is not... I am editing my initial post and increasing my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Faxes are a huge problem as I did not receive my results and ran into the "we already faxed it" answer...AGAIN!! Perhaps this is not their issue, instead the dr office, but they actually have a patient portal which I was never informed about...so not letting them off too lightly as they really can/must do better!! The actual appt/procedure was 5 stars though...couldn't have been better. Hopefully They will do more than follow up and actually institute some much needed change!

For the first time since coming here many years ago that they were so rude and disrespectful. I am hard of hearing, AND I was distracted by my phone I arrived 20 minutes early. I noticed this nurse kept coming out talking to people but not once approached me. I walked to her and said my name, and she looked at me so stupid and then made the comment that they had been waiting. I apologized many times, but she was cold, and there no response really. Please do better.

I usually have scans done every 3 to 6 months here. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous . I never have a long waiting time and everything is explained to me. I especially love Regina who does my nuclear med scans. She does an amazing job and always has a smile on her face. I would recommend to anyone needing scans that this is the place to go.
