I was initially quite hesitant due to the reviews that had been posted, but my experience turned out to be different. The technician, Richard, was very kind and made me feel at ease. I found it difficult to sleep soundly as I was in an unfamiliar environment, but I hope that I provided sufficient data for them to obtain the necessary results. The facility was clean and quiet, with no discernible noise whatsoever. I would certainly recommend it.
I haven't slept in a couple of days. My doctor ran off to a conference and didn't take care of this patient before she left. This is after I called like 20 times and talked to 2 girls that said they'd take care of it. So im left here for another week at least before i can get any help. Unless i buy offbthe street or internet which would be expensive and dangerous. They dont give a damn.
Gave an incorrect price estimate for overnight sleep study. Overcharged by 500$ with no refund. Loud during the night, partially couldn’t sleep because of the wires which is no one’s fault but also kept being woken up by talking, doors slamming, and items being dropped. Terrible, costly, useless experience. Not much empathy from staff. Also, as someone else mentioned, it took them months to call me to book the appointment after being referred by my doctor.
I had been hesitant about an overnight study after reading a few reviews of the local sleep facilities being dirty. Happily, this was not the case at this sleep center. The bed, room, and bathroom were all clean. My tech, Stephen, was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I felt so comfortable that I might have slept too well.
Absolutely recommend this Sleep Center! Dr. Wittine is very knowledgeable and takes her time discussing your care to really investigate your issues and find the right solution. Scheduling with this center was seen less and very professional. The staff were all very pleasant and my tech for the study was Amazing!! The room was comfortable and the environment was very quiet. I am very satisfied with my experience here!
