Such a friendly and helpful staff of nurses & doctors here. They listened to all my concerns with my son & offered advice and solutions. Dr M was very kind & patient, even helping work through my toddler’s meltdowns. She exhibited tolerance and compassion even in the difficulties that come with parenting a child on the spectrum. This was our son's first appt (experience) in an Atrium facility. Dr Suratwala was so wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, patient & explained everything so well. He answered all our questions & was tolerant & helpful with my ineptitude with logging onto our virtual appointment. The couple times I had to call or received a call before his appt everyone was so helpful & friendly; I even got a human on the 1st ring, no waiting on hold forever. An excellent Healthcare experience all around.
