Rude and grouchy. Talked to me like i was staying awake on purpose/bothering her because i had to use bathroom twice and have other health issues that kept me i awake. showed her my BP was 190’s/120’s, she blamed it on me not going to sleep, w out knowing there has been a long med. history of this. Doesn’t need to work w people

This is only for My experience. Seems like others have had problems at this location and I’m not trying to justify for this office but they were very nice to me and took time to explain details on how to use the equipment for my at home sleep study

Disappointed with the experience, not very friendly, felt similar to a fast food restaurant experience. employee rushed, tv static and very few channels. Woke up at 5:30 am removal of the 20 probes taped throughout entire body removed quickly and told to go home. Employees nowhere to be found. Plan on not sleeping very much. You are literally tied like a puppet with 2o strings. when you turn staff have to come in and untangle you. Horrible set up!

Rude to me in the sleep study because I had difficulty sleeping. The person doing it was being trained and unknowledgeable. I have since had terrible problems swallowing air with CPAP and they could care less. Hard to reach anyone on the phone.Told me they turned the pressure down yesterday....Did not even bother. I threw up yesterday and am still sick today. They are telling me to try it for another week with no other changes. This sucks. Monotone grouchy people. Not helpful.
