I have had Dr Luqman for several years. He is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He’s very thorough and always follows through and is very kind.
Dr Luqman is amazing. He takes his time and actually listens to the patient. He’s easy to have a conversation with and talks to you and not at you. Staff is mostly new but very nice. Also shout out to Michael that administers my breathing tests. He’s friendly and makes the test easier to get through. Highly recommend this office!!
I took my grandma here cuz in Lakeland they are not so good.... This office is amazing is many ways the front desk are sweethearts and so helpful🙏🏽 they are patient and considerate. The doctors here are helpful and fast overall. My grandmother is going to be switching here🙏🏽 very thankful- personally I believe her name is javelin... Was so patient and sweet with my grandmother.
I'm giving 2 stars because Dr.Luqman is amazing.. but the office is terrible.. im trying to get to the bottom of all my breathing issues and I've been trying to get my ct scan refferal submitted to the hospital scheduling and my insurance for over 2 and a half months. Its at the point I've been calling every day since January 6th and the receptionist says someone will call me back within 72 hours and it never happens.. I dont understand the communication issues I am updating my review. 2 weeks ago I called and was transferred to the billing department.. and told that my appointments were cancelled because they can't accept ER refferals. then on Monday I spoke to a woman from the billing and she refused to identify herself and told me she would have my insurance cancelled.. I reported the issue to Governor DeSantis office and they will be conducting an investigation into the practice. I also turned over the recording of the call where the billing department woman threatened to have my insurance cancelled. This is unacceptable. Dr Luqman and Ziegle are amazing but their staff are terrible people and they need to do a clean sweep of their entire office. Updated note as of March 3rd I called to request my medical records and the agent told me that my records can only be turned over if i pay them 500usd.
