They let go of one of the best employees they have ever had in the Deland location (Jasmine) so disappointed in the practice ! She cared for me and my husband and always kept a smile on our face ! Not sure what happened but she was one of the best that has ever stepped foot there ! Me and my husband have been going there for over 10 years and happen to take likings of Ms Jasmine from the first interaction ! Very sad that she will no longer grace our presence anymore , my husband was very upset to hear and is wanting to even look for a different pulm practice for us both.
Poor communication from the staff. The doctor and nurse practitioner could not find my lab results. Both communicated that they would call me with the lab results or I could call in to try to get them read to me. After calling four times, I was rudely told that I had to come back in for the results. it’s clearly a billing issue and they do not want to see a patient over the phone as they will not get paid for that. It’s sad and disgusting that an office is more concerned about billing than about integrity.
I can't say enough kind things about Dr Dibello and Erica & staff. Great Dr & physician's assistant. They listen and analyze your problems. Me being the worrywart that I am they always explain what the issues are and reassure me. Very pleased 😌
The doctor and nurses were great. They said just a few injections will help me heal quicker from Asthmatic Bronchitis! But make sure you get usual and customary fees first! I had almost two weeks of steroid and antibiotic injections. I would ask what I owed and would be told my specialist copay of $60.00 at follow up visits. So I felt to believe that the injections were covered but they were not. They did not quote usual and customary fees for Injections so you can not contact your insurance company for coverages if you are not advised or aware you owe anything! I got a bill for over $1,300.00 with insurance and in network. It may have taken longer to heal but I could have stayed with tablets and capsules for $10.00. I am only writing this so this doesn't happen to anyone else...
