March 2025 I was called by Baptist sleep center an hour after I had to turn in my in home sleep monitor and was told the monitor I had received was faulty and didn’t record the study. How does a faulty sleep monitor get placed in a patients bag. That was an inconvenience of my time.

I have had a great experience with everyone at this doctor's office. Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and the at home sleep test was so convenient. Joan at the front desk is so sweet, informational and answered all my questions!

I have been a patient here for 12 years. My experiences have been very good over that time and the CPAP machine saved my life. My cardiologist agrees. Many people have difficulty with the sleep study that results from sleeping under surveillance in an unfamiliar environment. If you can get through that and need the help a device provides, please take action and embrace the change. I sleep 8 hours a night and feel great in the morning. If you can't sleep because you can't turn off the voice in your head, that's a different problem.

Horrible experience. Doctor was as uninterested as anyone could be. He spent about 2 minutes with me. When I returned the home sleep test I told them I did not sleep with it on and removed it after 6 hours of trying to get to sleep, they then posted a test result that was fraud. It shows me having it on for 8 hours and episodes that did not occur because I was awake and reading. People in this practice are rude. The results were posted on My chart but I have yet to receive a call from them. Of course, they recommend a cpap,

This is a C-pap Dealership. Not a medical facility. I have absolutely no faith in this process or Baptist Health. Absolutely no follow up from the Doctor. The home sleep test was filthy. I cant get a straight answer from Any department about how much I have to pay. I am diagnosed with Sleep apnea but the doctor demands an additional in room test, so at $2000 in, lets hope he doesn't get paid on commission or I will have to sell my car to get a 2nd rate oxygen pump. You all are thieves.
