AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! My husband went for his first appointment went ok other than trying to charge the wrong copay. Then he was told he needed a sleep study. He scheduled a day but he wasn’t able to make it so he called well in advance but guess what no answer left messages no call back. Finally after calling over and over again he finally got someone to answer. The appointment got moved just to be called and have his appointment moved because of no technician to do the device. The days didn’t work but of course upon calling over and over again no one will either answer or call back. Now he’s gotten a bill for no shows. This place is impossible to get ahold of and won’t do their job but expect you to pay them for something out of your control. We will be filling a formal complaint against this practice.

IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone. Every call to schedule gets sent to after hours voicemail (during business hours). 6 calls to other departments today alone to get someone to answer. How are patients supposed to get care when the office staff won't even answer the phone? Been trying to coordinate care for several WEEKS at this point.

This office is the worst DR office in Fl. They ask you to be 30 minutes early, and then you wait 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to see DR, they obviously overbook, and do not care about their patients, if I were you, I would never go there. If I could, I would leave them zero stars and that would be too high.

I waited over an hour after nurse took vitals when I found the nurse and said it’s been over an hour and NO ONE has even come in. So after two minutes with the doctor, then I waited another 11 minutes before someone came in to release me

I have not had anything good to say about the central office. I visited the office on 4/24 to apply for a new CPAP machine. After my appointment with Dr Alay ,she took me to the front desk and handed documents to a clerk requesting her to send out order for replacement. It's over a month and no new machine yet. Dr Alay showed my wife and I the numbers showing that the request should be approved. What next do I have to do. No one seems to give a hoot.
