Doctors are great but they almost never make their patients appointment time. Often being 45 to 60 minutes late.
I felt safe and secure the moment I walked in the reception desk girls all had a smile and were very friendly and accommodating X-rays went smoothly and your not just left for a long time in fact whole process of my appointment was rather fast the doctor was also very nice friendly and very helpful and gives a good injection lol I just loved this place never would go anywhere else god bless this place
I really like my doctor, and my in-person experiences are very nice when I meet with him, but every single time I'm on the phone with one the of nurses or call the clinic, whoever answers the phones, they always have a very nasty attitude. I don't really understand it. It's not all of them, but majority. Maybe y'all should work on teaching proper customer service and attitudes. Like, I understand the job is hard, but there's no reason to try to argue with patients, talk down on them or be condescending, or take it out on them, etc. Begging y'all to work on that.
Went to lab for fasting bloodwork. Registration was quick and friendly. Lab desk ladies we're very friendly. Perry who drew my blood was excellent!! All was efficient.
The new check in policy at the Lexington Clinic is you get a text message and you have to check in through your phone before you can see a doctor. There were several older folks there that had absolutely no idea haw to check in. You could tell they were getting very frustrated. I asked the lady behind the desk if I was going to have to do this every time I came in and she said yes, but it will be a lot faster. To be honest with you I don't really like doing this way of checking in. And the lady at the front desk told me I didn't check in all the way so she said go sit down and finish checking in. I told he it already charged my credit card, so how is it possible the APP can charge my credit card but I can't be checked in.
