Vanessa Cravatta is wonderful. However, I chose not to schedule a sooner appointment there and instead planned to proceed with my son’s primary care provider. I initially called to see if there were any sooner appointments available for my son and was informed that there was an opening on Friday at 2:45 PM. I explained that I would call back after speaking with his primary care provider. When I called back a few minutes later, I spoke with a different staff member. I explained the situation again, but it felt as though she did not listen to what I had just shared, as her immediate response was to ask whether my son was a new patient. I understand that many offices are understaffed, but taking a moment to listen and respond with kindness and compassion goes a long way. She then stated that my son would need to be seen in person, which I was completely fine with. I never objected to that nor suggested otherwise. Unfortunately, her tone and delivery came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not an appropriate way to speak to patients, especially over the phone.

I just left, had a very disappointing experience at this office. I waited in the room for 45 minutes with no update. I stepped out and spoke directly to both the nurse and the doctor at the nurses’ station before briefly stepping away. When I returned just 2 minutes later, I was told the doctor had gone to my room and I “wasn’t there.” I then waited another 20 minutes with no communication or apology. The staff’s dismissive smirks were unprofessional and frustrating. I ended up leaving. I won’t be returning or recommending this location. On the other hand, the Orlando office has always been excellent, professional, timely, and respectful. I’ll be sticking with them.

Dr. Patel is very professional, personable, genuine care, and always easy to communicate with in person and via messaging. He figured out what was wrong when no other doctor could and now my child is doing so much better because of Dr. Patel's insightfulness.

Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. This spot is off of Lakeland hills boulevard. The parking is quite abundant with wheelchair parking and wheelchair entrance. You are expected to mask up unless under the age of three. At the door you will ring the bell and or 📞 so that someone will let you in. Its clean and well maintained with Disney theme as well as marvel heroes plus minion

The doctor was amazing! She was very nice and very informative. She listened and was very respectful. When I didn’t understand what she was saying ( doctor words lol ) she explained it better for me. The receptionist seemed a little off. Like maybe she was tired or having a bad day. I use to come to this office when my son was 2 because he would stop breathing in his sleep. He had severe sleep apnea. At 2 he had his tonsils and adenoids removed. Never had to come back. Well he’s having trouble sleeping. ( he’s 13 now ) so I had to come back and I came back here because I remember how good the doctors were and I was NOT disappointed yesterday. The doctors are still amazing! I definitely recommend this location to anyone.
