My son has been going to this office for about a year now; since the 1st visit we have enjoyed going seeing Maria White for his care. She's attentive and truly caring. The whole office is friendly. We drive close to a hour to go here and I feel it's worth the drive!! Definitely recommend C.L.A.S.S. to anyone needing care.

I visited this medical group in Jan after my son was referred after an ER visit for respiratory distress. This office reached out to ME to schedule my son, I did NOT reach out to them. They verified benefits and he was seen. He was sent for labs. I have a scheduled follow up today (4/1). Mind you, this office calls to confirm the appointment MULTIPLE (3+) times prior to the visit DAILY. I answered every call and confirmed EVERY TIME. NOT ONCE was an issue addressed. I arrive to my son’s appointment and at the time of service the office decides to state that our insurance is out of network and asks if we would like to self pay. I have taken time off work, as parents do, driven not 5 but 45 minutes to this appointment, confirmed the appointment AT LEAST 3 times, and arrived to the appointment with a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old in tow within the same 2025 calendar year for them to advise me my insurance is out of network. No one called prior to the time of service to address the insurance issue and ask if I would like to keep the appointment. The office states that a call center does the billing and they do not know until they click into the patients chart the day of service to review insurance. No accountability. Office needs a serious process improvement change. Called office numerous times to have MD call and discuss the results which is a CONTINUATION OF CARE from the initial visit. Provider Dr. Demissie will not call back to discuss my sons results and if it correlates to any diagnosis/how it changes my plan of care for my son while I search for a new pulmonologist- a hunt this office sent me on. Whether it’s the call center, the office, the MD. Patient experience starts with the initial phone call, continues with billing, front office staff, MAs and then to the MD. This medical group lacks accountability and ownership in their patients care and is not interested in quality/patient improvement. Do NOT recommend.

Excellent physician!! All staff is very caring and kind. Dr. Demesie took the time to answer all our questions and to explain the plan to us. My kid had a sleep study there and the sleep technician went above and beyond, she explained every step and answered all my kid questions. He felt safe and comfortable throughout the test.

Super friendly staff, fast check in and didn’t have to wait on the dr for more than 5-10 min (after getting into the room) . Dr was super informative and “ I understood “ what was being said and going on. Sleep study test was super easy and well done . My daughter didn’t fuss nor get mad at the man for putting them on. The whole experience was a huge positive

I genuinely enjoyed this visit. The doctor was very patient and listened to all my concerns. Explained everything until I fully understood and knew what to do. Also didn’t belittle or question my parental instincts like most doctors do with young infants/toddlers. This was a very reassuring visit.
