Poor communication from the staff. The doctor and nurse practitioner could not find my lab results. Both communicated that they would call me with the lab results or I could call in to try to get them read to me. After calling four times, I was rudely told that I had to come back in for the results. it’s clearly a billing issue and they do not want to see a patient over the phone as they will not get paid for that. It’s sad and disgusting that an office is more concerned about billing than about integrity.
Showed up for our overnight appointment and nobody was here. Rang the bell, called the Orlando office (which was very helpful) but still no one showed up. They have a $250 cancelation fee for the "Dr's time wasted." ......can I get paid for having my time wasted?
