do yourself a favor and find a different place, horrible customer service and response time. I called to get my results and they told me I needed to make another appointment to get my sleep apnea results when I did, I was told they had nothing available soon. sleep apnea is serious, and they don't treat it as such. do not waste your time.
The Nurse called because I was having problems with leak that would go away. Nurse was patient and nice.
Quick response to appt making. Very nice attendants. Quick hookup. Slept comfortably. Got up early and left. Easy, Easy, Easy.
This is the worst place to make an appointment I had a sleep study in October 2021 I have kept calling to find out my results and no one answers after a few weeks someone finally answer and said I need an appointment so I schedule the appointment the soonest they had was for January 31 2022 which was crazy I had to wait months for a results a few days before January 31 they had to cancel my appointment and wanted to reschedule for 02/14/2022 fine I rescheduled on 01/31/2022 they called to cancel my 02/14/2022 to reschedule to 2/21/2021 honestly the worst office ever didn’t even reschedule at this point I don’t even care anymore so unprofessional and unorganized. I DO NOT Recommend!!!!
Terrible service. Had to call 3 separate times for my results. Told me that I had no issues yet I always feel tired. Afterwards they told me they would contact me but never called me back. Kissimmee is the worst place possible to try to get any doctors appointments. Will go somewhere else where they actually care about their clients.
