Today visit was amazing Johnny went above and beyond to make sure my son was taken care of in a timely matter. Super nice and welcoming from the minute you walk in through the doors. He also made sure my medications were sent to the correct pharmacy since today was the weekend. Great experience staff was all amazing and caring!! Definitely recommend

Having a sick child never fun, Nemours Urgent Care made it so much more easier for us. It was so convenient and the staff was so friendly especially Johnny and Dr. Velez! From start to finish just a wonderful experience. They even blessed us with a little reindeer for the Holidays it made the experience extra special! Thank you so much!

It was our first time in this location, and it was nothing but the best experience! The whole team was there to assist us with anything we needed. Starting from Dr Ballelos that checked the problem with our children like they were his own. The MA Katrine was the best of the best! We came in very anxious and scared of the situation of our kids, and she made sure we were assisted and treated the way we had to be. Thank you for making our visit very smooth! Even though we made at quick interaction with Melissa at the front desk, we truly remember her politeness and kindness over our kids. Thank you very very much Dr Ballelos, Mrs Katrine and Melissa. We truly appreciate your attention and kindness with our family today!

As always Nemours stands above the rest when it comes to emergency, and standard medical needs. Our first visit this evening to this facility and while urgent care visits can be stressful and nerve wrecking I would happily return here with my child in the event of emergency! We arrived at around 5pm we were checked in immediately and called back all within less than 5 min. Gil was our nurse and he had great bedside manner, he was very gentle and explained all the steps to my son to ease his sensory aversions (he is on the spectrum) making it a seamless process as he documented my son’s vitals. Another 5 min or so and Doctor Ballelos arrived in our room, along with a nurse who gave my son some zofran for his vomiting which was the reason for our visit. Doctor Ballelos also had wonderful bedside manner, he was incredibly kind, and attentive to my requests and concerns, as well as making sure my son was comfortable, he did a full physical assessment while making notations, and he happily obliged to my requests for imaging as my son this same time last year contracted walking pneumonia with the same symptoms. He agreed that it would be good to rule this out along with a flu/covid swab, the young nurse was also just as sweet again given my sons diagnosis, he typically finds doctors visits very overwhelming leaving him dysregulated, however she immediately picked up on his body language and fear of the nasal swab, and she allowed him to see that he had control, and allowed him with her guidance to swab his own nose. No one’s ever done this for him, but I am thankful to her compassionate approach because for the first time my son didn’t panic during this! Another short wait and we were called for X-rays, and the radiology tech was also very sweet and patient with us describing to my son what needed to be done, and warning of moments when it might get too loud. And once again an experience that’s been disastrous in the past with sensory meltdowns it was quick, easy, and seamless leaving us both regulated and happy! We left with a clear diagnosis, full prescription(s) to aid in home care and management of symptoms and what to look out for. Doctor Ballelos was even kind enough to offer an electrolyte ice pop on our way out which my son loved. Again no one wants to find themselves in an urgent care but our experience was a 10/10 and I feel so safe knowing if we ever find ourselves in need again, Nemours is right down the street from us! This was better than any ER experience. Thank you to the entire staff front and back at Nemours Osceola!! ❤️

We walked into the urgent care at 7:15pm on a Saturday night, because our toddler kept saying "ouchie, ouchie" and would not stop crying. The front desk employee, Monica, was super friendly and helpful and got us checked in right away. The nurse, Kiera, was so sweet and even gave my son a teddy bear to make him feel better. When I go to urgent care I expect to wait for a while and was just grateful that they were there to see my son on such short notice. Dr. Ballelos was so, so kind and truly had the best bedside manor. My son has had lots of ear infections and I figured that was the issue. Dr. Ballelos even let me see the infected vs healthy ear, which is something I had always been interested in seeing. He brought my son a popsicle and gave us the first dose of antibiotics since it was too late to grab meds from the pharmacy. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant experience. We really love Nemours and wish there was an urgent care like this near us! (We were visiting from Brevard county). Thanks for everything!
