Office staff was kind- however results were sketchy and seemed to be an attempt to generate extra income. I simply needed to get a new machine, I’ve been using Cpap for over 10 years. Did the at home test and they said it was inconclusive so we could do it again but I would have to pay for it out-of-pocket, Or I could come into the lab and sleep there… Unfortunately, both of these options left me dissatisfied. I will find a different sleep study Clinic that is more client considerate.

Performed the at home sleep study, which they said was inconclusive and they wanted me to come in and do the in-house study. Already been there done that somewhere else, and it was also inconclusive. Every doctor, I had spoken to, all agreed that I did not have sleep apnea so I passed on the in-house study. I was given new medication and was told to call the doctor Monday if it did not work and he would prescribe me a different medication to try. I called the doctor Monday and was told that he was out of town. I asked if they could find another doctor to assist me, because he was going to give me a different kind of medication. No one returned my call. I waited a day and called again. After two days, no one had returned my call. My husband called and was told someone would get back to us that day. Again, no one returned our call! A week later I received a call…too late! I had Already had an appointment with my PCP who provided a medication for me. This place is highly unprofessional, unreliable, and I will never do business with them again.

Awesome doctor but awful office support…. They made me do a fully unnecessary step with a sleep study ring. I wasn’t “approved” by their insurance underwriting department for a sleep study so I had to pay out of pocket for that procedure. After that they made an appointment for an overnight sleep study and told me they would call me to confirm that they approve my insurance for this procedure. They KNEW I wasn’t likely going to proceed with the appointment if it wasn’t covered by my insurance. They never called me to approve my insurance. Now they want to charge a $250 fee to reschedule my appointment. Needless to say I will not be paying or be back. Be careful with this place. Disorganized and dishonest.

Office personnel polite and workable with. First doctor not very interested in being there, he left practice. Second doctor only saw once, seemed empathetic. The sleep lab technician at this practice argued with me that the mask, fitted for me by this practice and that I had used for over 18 months was too large and would leak during lab sleep test. Gave me a painfully small mask, only because she would not take the effort to walk down the hall to get commonly available fitting to connect to the mask that this practice has prescribed to me - she eventually got the fitting and I used my mask after suffering with improper mask for two hours. Nurse Practitioner was last provider handling me. She was at best reactionary rather than proactive in helping me to improve my sleep despite my faithful use of CPAP for 18 months without improvement in sleep quality. After Iast visit with NP with no chance of getting meaningful care I left without further appointment. The last prescription from NP had one refill left. Since I have had to talk her through possible things to try to help I thought I would give last prescription one more try - went through four prior different ones. NP cancelled my ability to refill last sleep aid script - Lunesta. Stay away from this practice.
