My 9y/o old had blood work. The nurse was amazing! She made sure he was ready and explained everything she was going to do. I think telling him that she will use the same size needle as they do on newborns was a smart move!! He has hard to find veins and she made sure that she would be able to get it before even trying. My son was shocked on how fast, and almost painless it was! I would drive HOURS to come Back agai for such a great experience. I was seen on time, and didn’t wait but maybe 2 min after checking in.
The staff and doctors are always awesome. Professional and friendly. Great facility. Wouldn’t bring my grandson anywhere else for his health care.
It was our 9 year old granddaughter s first time having blood drawn. She was petrified and ready to bolt out of the room Jennifer the phlebotomist was so patient, kind, compassionate, and professional toward my granddaughter and my self and husband , she was like an angel on earth, we got it done and our granddaughter left smiling, happy, with her pretty blue and pink bandage bow that she wore like a badge of honor all day long!!! Thank you to everyone involved.
I have been to this location 3 times and only have been seen correctly once. The first time my appointment was made for the St. Pete location, the second time I was seen correctly, and the third time today for labs the orders weren’t entered and no one knew what to do so I canceled the appointment and the follow up for later this week. As a new mom with a newborn, this is highly unacceptable. Lab draws are very simple and some how even this was messed up. I will take this as my sign to seek better care elsewhere and not have my time wasted or my babies care be inadequate.
I have been bringing my children here for almost 9 years!! I absolutely love the care they all receive, the staff at the front desk are all wonderful and always so happy to see you every visit! Dr. Blanco & her team of drs and nurses always listen to every concern I have about my children!
