Dr Satriale is a very good Doctor. He explained to me in detail of my ailment. Great bedside manner and just a very nice guy.
I had no wait when I went to the Oaks office. The receptionists and nurse/med tech were very nice and helpful. Dr. Satriale was so thorough, spent a lot of time asking me questions and is helping me with medicine and ways to better my sleep. The mask fitting person (Sammy?) was very kind too. Not sure why there are so many awful reviews. I had a wonderful experience here at Temple Lung Center in Oaks, PA.
Dr. Satriale has treated my husband over the past year and I entrust his life to him. My husband is alive because of his due diligence and time spent taking care of our needs to get him well. He went from 18% lung function to 31%. I don't know how that's possible. I'm a nurse and still scratching my head, but short of a miracle he and his team has gotten him there, been diligent to our needs and questions every step of the way!! Thank you Dr Satriale 🙏 ❤️
Thee worst! They don’t call you back the people answering the phone are rude as if the illness affects them personally! My mother needed an appointment 3-5 days from hospital release and still no appointment over a week! No one has called back no one has followed up. The doctors you can’t even see and the only option is to go to Philadelphia to spend the entire day in the city to get absolutely no where. Been going since September and still have no diagnoses regarding my mothers lunch’s now sent home on oxygen and pulmonary has no urgency care or regard.
I had an appointment scheduled for my mom. Unfortunately, she was admitted to the hospital so we needed to cancel. I tried calling for four straight days to reschedule. The “answering service” kept telling us that all lines were busy so they would relay our messages to the office staff and that they would call us back. Today is day four and I finally got through to the Oaks office staff who now claims the earliest appointment with the original doctor is two months from now. She also said she never received a message saying that we were trying to reschedule. Horrible way to treat people that are trying to get urgent care for a loved one.
