I went in on Sept 5th, and no one has reached out to me about my results. They said it could take up to 3 weeks, but it’s been over a month. I don’t recommend this place if you have to continue to wait on your results.
I had my sleep study done on 2/15/24 and had the awesome opportunity to have the best tech ever Summer (this is her nickname). She was very personable, knowledgeable, and really knew the art of handling a patient with care. She always knocked before entering the room as to not startle me, always asked my permission before taking vital signs or hooking me up to the cpap machine and was overall nice. She is definitely a keeper. Because of her I truly believe I had one of my best nights sleep ever. Thanks Summer you are the best!!
Too long ago to tell. I was there last year in September still waiting on my C-pap. The machine! People are nice But they are nice, however; I'm still waiting on the machine. Hadn't heard from you to get it. But it's been more than six months. But one thing I can say is all of it isn't their, fault, my element caused it. The staff is nice. But They Haven't called or informed me yet. But I will say, I did do my sleep study at home.
Waiting for over a month for a sleep study. They always claim the need more information from the sleep doctor, but when I talk to the sleep doctor, they never received the order from Elite. VERY DISSATISFIED. My health and my life are SUFFERING, but their excuse is they "have 100's of orders coming in every day, and they are working as fast as they can." After a month, you'd think they got to my order and could put it through without doing it piece meal. They told the sleep doctor they were waiting for insurance verification. I spoke with insurance and they said they never have been contacted and that they don't need to approve the test. I told this to Elite, they said they have to do "their process" to make sure "if you do indeed qualify for their services." This is UNBELIEVABLE. if I could use a different service I would, but no choice with insurance, and out of pocket is unbelievably expensive.
My brother and I were here last night January 27, 2020 the staff was very nice and friendly and the place were very clean. I was very pleased how the technician was treating my brother and I she was very nice and helpful I wish I could remember her name. Anyway if my brother or I need to be tested about the sleep problem we will used them again and tell our friends about them too. Thank you again for taking care of us and God Bless you all!!!
