I had my sleep study 12-27-2024.. I couldn’t ask for any better treatment than I received !! Top of the Line from the moment I entered the door until I left the next morning…(Sheena ( think my nurse or therapist’s name was )was so sweet and. Knowledgeable..answered all my questions, made me feel like I Had known her for a long time …. I really enjoyed meeting her. She is a perfect fit for her job….personality wise….Thank her again for all she did to make my sleep study go As smooth as it did… Nancy Lopez

Lots of slamming of doors lack of car for anyone there to rest to have testing done.. was very rude when being woken up. Wasn't offered anything to snack on in morning. Left My charger plugged into the wall and no one found one or turned one on meaning someone stole it and only the cleaners go in and the workers there after guest leaves. So had to call and make a police report dmfor theft .

Awful terrible service, mom was referred by Md Ahmed Salem chest specialist to this place to get sleep study she got first done on Sunday oct 9 2022 then she got another one with mask on oct 30 th they seemed in a rush was told both times she was gonna be discharged around 6 am no they wake you up at 430 am , plus they don’t practice hygiene protocols not use of the mask Or gloves with this pandemic COVID still going on , so Breanna called me a week later to tell me my mom had server sleep apnea thing we already knew and since I was driving she told me about to chose a place automatically Lincare and I said ok to place order for Cpap equipment what a surprise place never called me until I called them mom order for equipment wrong mask was way to big mom only 100 pounds she clearly needs a customized one or petite one , so basically she could not use it because it’s way to big in fact air was escaping and she almost faint so had to take off her face, despite my mom had several health issues among of that severe COVID 19 hospitalized almost all the month of February now Lincare wants equipment back which is not an issue for us, today in fact my Mom went to Salem chest specialist and was told they were just going to measure her face for a petite or customized mask but I called sleep center talked to someone and transferred to this woman Breanna she had an attitude towards me and said mom needs another sleep study what a scam this is pure fraud when in fact they were the ones who placed the order wrong , this woman Breanna yes Breanna needs to be reprimanded totally disrespectful is not the first time she had that attitude last year every time I talked to her she seemed really upset for some reason , don’t know because I’m Latino or what’s her issue , place needs better cs Dr Ahmed is good but personnel rude specially woman named above rude, this place only cares for your money(insurance money) lack of compassion for patients mom already 82 years old and half , totally unnaceptable

The guard was up all night taking/making calls... The nurse doesn't wash her hands before touching your face and head attaching nodes, so it's literally the smell of cigarettes and smoke. I was gagging it was so strong as she had her hands all over my face. To top it all, my results came in less than 24 hours. Perfectly normal (they say) as I tell them ofcourse it's normal (I DID NOT SLEEP). Oh and I "don't snore" either, but I have 5 children and a husband that would disagree. I said: of course I don't snore (I did NOT sleep). They tried to convince me that I can hear everything around and remember what was said even when I'm sleeping... Thats a first. I would absolutely tell you to RUN don't walk away from this place...
