The front office staff is amazing and polite. Dr Hartzell is amazing as well she totally takes her time and listens. Also she truly cares for her patient's.

Camila Parodi, is truly a blessing! She is so kind, attentive, and always takes the time to really listen and understand my son’s needs. From the very first visit, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. She’s always smiling and has such a warm, calming presence. She explains everything clearly, never rushes us, and makes sure we leave each appointment feeling confident and informed. You can tell she genuinely cares. The staff is also amazing everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. The whole office creates a welcoming and supportive environment, and I’m so grateful to have them as part of my son’s care team!

Dr Hartzel and Staff are amazing with my kids! Dr Hartzel has helped my 7yr old so much over the last 3+ years we are blessed to have her as our physician.

I absolutely love this place. My Daugther goes here for her mild asthma and the girls are the front desk are always so friendly and kid. They even call us by our names which is a plus. My Daugther sees Leah Lowe who is amazing. She explains everything to me from top to bottom and is always willing to get to the bottom of things. I always look forward to coming here. Dr. Leah is so sweet and kind. She always greets my daughter and comments on how much she likes whatever stuffed animal she decides to bring (which makes my daughter always want to bring a new one to show her). Dr. Leah always remembers us even if it’s been months in between visits. She listens to my concerns and even looks up prices for me if a medication isn’t covered. We are very happy with her and glad we found her to treat my daughter’s asthma.
