Extremely difficult getting ahold of my providers. Constant medication delays that could be resolved with better communication. The patient portal has been down for months. Nobody bothered to tell me, I had to call to find out. This time I called 4 days in a row requesting my prescription (and the voicemail still directs you to the nonexistent portal) only to finally get an answer FOUR days later that I can only get a weeks script because the doctor isn’t there…waste of time every month and I have no choice because of my condition and medication. Constant transfers when calling and having to explain my case every time. Really frustrating experience. This will be my final year with this practice as I am tired of wasting time dealing with confused and careless office staff and providers who take their sweet time in sending the prescriptions I require to function. If I didn’t have to call every time to request my prescriptions or call to remind them to respond to me maybe I would stay.

So unprofessional! They rescheduled my appointment for both kids, and then never logged into the zoom appointment after I waited an hour for a 4:00 appointment- called at 4:20 and was told they were running behind and to stay logged in. Called back at 4:48 and was told they were gone for the day. Nice! But then tell the patients if WE cancel within 24 hours we can be charged a cancellation fee! Do better! No excuse for that negligence!

I should have left this review after our first visit so I am making a point to do it now because this office deserves it. Dr. Morgan is one of the best physicians I have ever interacted with regarding compassion, knowledge, kindness, and his willingness to actually listen to our concerns and take the time to help create an effective treatment plan without leaving us feeling rushed, even with an annoyed uncooperative toddler in his ear. I can’t say enough good things about him and his front office staff and am so thankful for them! 🫶

I was struggling with my sick daughter without knowing what she had. When I came to the doctor, he quickly sent her for tests, detected the problem, and thanks to him, my daughter has been much better for the year he has been treating her. The staff at his office is always very kind.

The doctor here has been amazing! However, my son is going three weeks now without an inhaler because the office staff can’t seem to get things together For insurance or pharmacy. I was told I would receive a call back by the end of the day last Friday in regards to the issue, I’m havingand the office just closed today and still no call In regards to changing my son‘s prescription to something that doesn’t cost $100 a month. Lastly, the office could use some serious cleaning, It is not at all what I would expect a doctors office to look like. At this point if our doctor wasn’t so great with my son, I would be going elsewhere.
